The Irmgard Coninx Foundation's programme on human rights is organising an international conferences and workshops to address social, political, theoretical, and pragmatic issues surrounding human rights today.

The topic focus is Population Politics and Human Rights. As in previous years the "Berlin Roundtables on Transnationalism" will start with a essay/working paper competition.

45 essayists will be selected by an international jury and invited to join the international conference and workshops to be held in Berlin from February 15th – 20th 2007.
