Damon Luloff, a Boston University student, developed a grant-writing
course after volunteering last summer at the Meheba refugee camp in
Zambia. During his stay, he taught camp residents, upon their request,
a quick course in writing proposals. The success of this crash course
encouraged him to develop it into a model and think of other ways of
empowering refugees...
