Three-day course on strategic planning |

This strategic planning course is designed to help organisations establish a set of key measurements, match these measurements with targets, and plan appropriate resource levels. Setting up a monitoring performance system is also covered in this course.
The course is offered by the International NGO and Training Research Centre (INTRAC) from 10 to 12 April 2006.
